After every single or recurring donation, we send receipts to the email address provided with instructions on how to login to the account to view previous donations and manage recurring donations.

After a donor makes a recurring donation, we send them an email instructing them to set up a password for their donorbox.org donor account. With this account, the donor can log in to the donor dashboard to edit their recurring donations. A donor can change their plan amounts, and pause or resume their recurring donations at any time.
